AdGen AI is an AI-powered advertising creative generation platform. The Service allows users to generate ad images, copy, and creatives for use in digital advertising campaigns. Features include AI image generation, copywriting, and ad publishing integrations.
To access the full Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
The lifetime access plan is a one-time payment of $149 USD. This grants you access to the Service and 2,000 AI credits with no recurring fees.

Your content: You retain ownership of any product images, brand assets, and descriptions you upload to the Service.
Generated creatives: Upon generation, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, commercial license to use, reproduce, distribute, and modify the AI-generated creatives for advertising and marketing purposes. The agency license included in the $149 plan extends this right to use creatives on behalf of your clients.
Our platform: The AdGen AI platform, including its software, design, and AI models, remains the exclusive property of AdGen AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.
AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in advertising campaigns. AdGen AI does not guarantee that generated creatives will comply with the advertising policies of any specific platform (Meta, Google, etc.). You are solely responsible for ensuring your ads comply with applicable platform policies and laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdGen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For lifetime plan holders, we will provide at least 90 days' notice before any material discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
